Outdoor AluRattan™ 3-Seater Sofa

The Exterior collection is made from our signature AluRattan™ which consists of a strong aluminum frame woven with ArtFibre™, allowing some of our most popular pieces to be used outdoors and to withstand all weather conditions. The Caroline Sofa can be found in natural rattan in our Originals collection, but its subtly tropical aesthetic makes it perfectly suited for use in a sun-filled spot on a terrace, deck, patio, or in a garden. The maintenance-free AluRattan™ material in the Exterior version makes this outdoor use possible.

AluRattan® is powder-coated aluminum bent to mimic the curves of natural rattan. The powder coating ensures a surface resistant to knocks and scratches. The material is well-suited to be left outside all year long and is easy to clean.

ArtFibre® is a fibre made of dyed and hard-wearing polyethylene. It is ideal for outdoor use in any climate as it is temperature and UV-resistant. The ArtFibre® is flexible and, when woven, provides optimal comfort and a structure that is strong and can maintain its shape for years on end.

Cushions are manufactured using premium Sunbrella® and Tempost® fabrics. Both are solution-dyed acrylic fabrics, making them fade-, mildew-, and stain-resistant. Used across industries as choices for marine and outside-shade applications, they will weather all conditions with your outdoor Sika Design furniture.
